soap tablets door open but tablets not disolving

my candy dishwasher won't drain water on the main wash .it gets to the end and then keeps beeping i i then put it onto rinse it completes this ok .this seems to be about every other time i use it so i don't think it's a blocked pipe (and it works fine on rinse)

Thats a typical problem, i had the same problem and had to get the service people out for like the 6th time to fix it. If your under warranty use it, if not your gonna be facing a £50 parts fee and labour charges.

We had the whole kitchen done in candy appliances, weve had them out to the dishwasher, the washer, the oven, the fridge and the freezer then oven being around 8 times dishwaser 6 times, washer twice, fridge and freezer 2 times only thing that hasnt broke yet is the extractor fan, and there all about 1 year old now.
