How can I make my Yamaha neos 50 faster ?

How can I make my Yamaha neos 50 faster without putting a sports exhaust or big bore kit on it?

Apparently its already been derestricted but its only hitting 40mph and the acceleration is not that great.

i have a neos 50 with a sporty and rollers and derestricted and it only goes about 55 max so i dnt think u cant do much more.have u changed the rollers?
