Before you take the door trim off I suggest you check for broken wires in the harness inside the flexible gaiter between the door and chassis post. The light blue harness connector has a cunning push-and-turn release ring. To remove the door trim you need to remove the hidden screws by removing the rubber plug at the bottom of the hand grip, and carefully prise out the ashtray, window switch and tweeter to reveal the others. Don't forget the obvious ones under the door pocket
