how can i fix my delonghi professional dfs903.1 oven?

It has a hidden fan in the top under the gas rings and when the oven gets hot the fan makes the loudest scraping noise. the oven still works and heats perfectly. the fan at the back of the oven works perfect. I have tried to take it to bits but i cant see how to get into the problem part

The oven appears to be working properly but it does not seem to be reaching the correct cooking temprature could it be a problem with the thermostat or is there another common fault

just done mine, unscrew top at back from l brackets, then take out all small screws from burner tops, the front either side is on pins and need a good tug up to pop out, top then comes off. unscrew 4 screws holding burners to side panels, lift up , screws out of plate underneath and wangled things out from there. mine had just come off the spindle and went back on. good luck
