Aqualisa Axis Digital shower stopped working?

Hi

I have an Aqualisa Axis Digital shower, it's the exposed model and is fed from a tank in the loft. My Girlfriend hit the stop/start button by accident whilst she was having a shower this morning, she turned the shower straight back on again and the water immediately came out cold so she finished her shower and turned it off. I then got in about 10 mins later, tried to turn the shower on but there is absolutely nothing happening - No lights, No water, No noise, nothing at all!

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi,
You should have a isolation switch to your shower to isolate the power supply.
Switch it off, wait 30 seconds and then switch supply back on, this should reboot the system

Sounds like the fuse to me.
By the way, does anyone else have the problem with their Axis that when taking it apart to clean, it doesn't go back together properly and the pressure is then lost?

The problem appears to be down to the black rubber spiky part not going back into the holes as snugly as it originally was meaning that the water flows around the spikes instead of through them.

Any help greatly appreciated.
