i have a rover 420 and wish to de activate the built-in rover alarm does anyone have any ideas am based in middlesbrough

Hi Patrick,

Tech-Tronics in Manchester 0161 872 6275 can probably help. Bypassing the system is an option, but that does leave you without an alarm/immobilisor/remote central locking. Getting a new remote control would mean you can use the existing system.
