Scantronic 9651 - Aux DC fail?

I accidently cut the cable to one of the PIR's and reterminated (with alarm going off). I now have aux dc fail showing on the control panel and cannot reset. Have I blown a fuse and if so would this be in the contol panel or in the control unit located nearby? Can this be changed without the alarm activating.
John, May 2008
It is a blown fuse and it will be in the main control panel - the alarm will sound when you open the control panel as you will create a tamper fault, but just enter the code to cancel.
