My bosch frost free fridge freezer has a thick layer of ice in bottom of freezer. Everything else seems ok. It's KGN33 VOOGB

There is a design fault with this model.We had two replacement fridges from Bosch under warrenty.

There is a fix which is just a shield to stop the condensed water drain pipe freezing. When this fix was done the fridge and freezer have worked perfectly for over a year.
