not really I'm afraid. I'm trying to do the same for mine, which ripped at the top.
I've taken the door panel to bits, which was fairly easy, and disassembled the blind.
If you can get that far, your only real choice is to either replace the fabric part of the blind, gluing it to the top bar and the bottom spindle, or to fork out the money on a new part, which I believe is £125 before fitting (another £80). If you DIY, the blind is bonded with sealant to the door skin so you'll have to cut it out first and then glue in the new one, or you can take out the internals of the new one and place it in the old housing (I'm not sure if the hooks easily pass back up through the slot though, but there is sone give in it).
A final alternative is to buy an accessory blind and fit it over the top of the existing slot. These go on ebay for around £50, but make sure you get it for the right side of the vehicle as they are different for each side. You can then fit this over the old one (cut off the old material). You'll never notice the difference after a day or two and you'd have saved a fortune. I think I'll be doing this.
