if the cars are both the same year then it should both the 16 and 8 valve have the same diamiter pie work

short answer considering pulse tuning no,even if it would phisically fit the performance would probably suffer reason exhausts tend to wander all over the underside is they have to be an exact length tofunction with the engine,type,capacity,valve configuration,the list goes on.
