The in-line fuse is an auto-type, located close to the starter solenoid, under the gas tank on the main chassis. I think it is rated 30 amp., clored yellow, and is a plug in type.
Won't start, might be the magneto. Disconnect the black insulated wire that leaves the bottom of the coil out thru the heat shield. That connects all the interlocks to short out the coil. Try to start. If nothing, suspect the magneto is bad. Mine was defective. Engine wouldn't start. Replaced the magneto, workes like new. Reconnect black wire, test all interlocks for functionality.
Magnetos aren't cheap, though.
