Daewo Lanos 98 cam belt replacement?

I am going to replace a cam belt on my Daewo Lanos 98/99 1500cc need to just make sure of where to locate the timing marks and tensioner adjusment requirements. I am based in Adelaide Australia. It is a single cam cam and what timing is the engine set at when the engine is running again.
