not stolen.. my nephew decided to change the password on the home to one he wont forget hes 12 and quess what he forgot it now this would not be a problem if he hadnt done it on the administive profile we can get into everyone elses profile but we cant add the new software for the internet we have.. can u please help us..

I have no intention telling anyone how to do this on an open forum but it can be fixed.

Take it to a computer shop with proof of ownership and ID and they will unlock it for you.
