vauxhall omega oil in water system?

vauxhall omega 2.6 cdx.v6 2001 reg.
I have found emusified oil and water in radiator expansion tank.I also have oil leaking into spark plug supresser cap compartment.
The engine runs well not overheating no seeming loss of water
there is no water in engine oil, It has done 120,000 miles

Hi. 100% the oil cooler as common failure on V6 omegas + another common failure is the rocker cover gaskets fail and let the oil seep into spark plug area.

suspect oil cooler under inlet manifold in centre of engine that is if running ok eg no over heating or rough running. the cooler sits in the water jacket ???

also if fitted with engine oil cooler, this can cause same problem if faulty

only 3 ways oil gets into coolant:accidental,cracked block or most likley head gasket begining to fail
