I think your problems lies in the connections to the steering wheel
Firstly you must remove the battery Negative teminal cable (-) and leave for at least 1 min for the air bag to disarm, The behind the steering wheel there are 2 torx bolts securing the air bag to the steering wheel, loosen, they usually stay in the steering wheel housing. Ease off air bag you will see a yellow cable and blue connector, the little tab on top needs lifting and the connector should come off the air bag.
You should see 2 cables go through the back of the wheel, one does the airbag and the other is for radio controls and horn. If all looks OK the the steering wheel will require removing and the colum shroud. There should be a grey disk, lift this up gentally it should be connected to a coiled long strip of plastic flat wire with 4+ copper cores going through it. Check these have no broken wires. Replace if necessary and follow thw instructions on the front of the grey disc about turning counterclockwise to tighten then back 2.5 turns (or similar to this so check)this allows for lock to lock on the steering wheel. Reconnect everything in reverse order and leave battery terminal till last, you will have to get the air bag reset at a garage.
I suspect that your problem liew somewhere here as you have lost the horn.
