How Can I reset my Accenta House Alarm?

I have lost my existing Accenta House alarm code and cannot switch it off, how do i reset the alarm without a code ? the model is 6 years old.

i have accidently put in the wrong code as i was changing the code and now i dont no what it is could you please help me to reset the alarm. it is a ade accent compact 6 zone it was already in the property when i moved in as i dont have any instruction manual
