How can I fix the brake lights on my R reg 2.5 V6 Vectra??

I've Replaced the brake switch under the brake peddle, which was broken. I've renewed the fuse which had blown...and checked the bulbs, which are fine....but still no brake lights. Can anyone help??

hi would try taking the swithch out from the pedal and trying the switch manually ie just pushing it , or take the 2 wires off and connect them together if the lights then work you know for sure it is a switch problem , may just not be adjusted correctly
