u take the caseing off and look at the cam shaft to see if the little dot lines up with the line on the crank shaft

I have a tractor with motor briggs & stratton 12HP 1/c model 283707, type 0217 - 01, code 91100811. The block key starter is cracked. Were i can found a new block contact ( block with five contact L S M B G)
