My CDA Oven Will not go above 175 degrees centigrade?

My CDA oven will not go above 175 degrees centigrade and I have changed the element that sits around the fan. What could the problem be???? model number cd 2002/2 ss. This is a double oven cooker. The small oven works fine but the larger one is the problem by not being able to go higher than 175 c

If there are no volts at the fan or element then it looks like it might be the thermostat which controls the electrics feeding them.Alternatively , if there is a timer , then this normally controls the main oven so this might be the culprit. If you have a multimeter or mains neon-test screwdriver you could fault it by testing for volts through the circuit...(.or check the element + fan for continuity ).. If you are not sure what you are doing then it`s best to call in an electrician.

It looks like the thermostat is faulty. This controls the temperature of the heating element you have just fitted.
