Try turning the steering wheel all the way to the left. Count the turns it takes to turn the wheel all the way to the right. Now turn the wheel 1/2 the way back to the left. This should center your steering arms. The steering arms should be straight down. There are 4 wide teeth on the shaft and 4 wide notches in the arm. They should be aligned. Now center the front wheels where they line up with the rear wheels. now adjust the steering rods to the proper length and attach. You should be ready to go.
