I have a shed with a pent roof and when it rains a puddle the size of a lake appears, as it has bowed significantly. The shed is 10 by 8 but iam loathe to replacing it as all the other panels are fine.
I need to know if i got someone to replace the roof it would be cost effective or whehter it would be better to but a new shed however i would need the old one replacing.

mines done the same over the last few months roofs gone but the rests fine.im gonna fix it with some new boards and felt probably sealing the overlapping felt with a bitumen sealant and turning the joists upside down so the curve is facing up to give it more of a chance.

If it has bowed significantly, then the wood must be in pretty poor shape (especially for 10 x 8!), adding anything at all ontop to attempt repair will lead to extra weight on the already neglected shed..
..if you value the items within, buy a new shed (forget just replacing the roof, as by the sounds of it the four sides will have also been taken for granted) & paint it properly each year with a proven sealant, & tar the roof.
