I changed the LH foglight this morning on my Renault Clio (1.2 2005) and it seems the helpful parts salesman has dislodged a pipe from somewhere. It is about 6 or 7mm in diameter and ends around the foglight and seems to start on or near the top of the battery. Any ideas?

Hi Mike, some batteries have an overflow connection in case of overcharging so the excess acid is dumped outside the car so as not to cause acid corrosion around the battery mounting area it could be from there?
