cannon oakley cooker not heating up?

can anyone help.i have a cannon oakley cooker.after an hr on its not hot at all.its only 15 mths old so the warranty is out of date.if it is the thermostate where can i get one and how can i replace it.if its not the thermo what can it be.everything else wrks.but not the main oven.

Its probably the Flame failure Device (FFD) this unit allows the main valve to open only when the thermocouple Phial heats up. The phial may have come away from the locating clip and is not directly in the low heat flame,or it is faulty. If you need to change this unit you can access it by taking the bottom of the cooker off. You can get a spare from www.yourspares.co.uk
