How can I get my 2007 VX110 Deluxe Yamaha Waverunner to run over 34 mph?

I bought it new in June 2007. It ran fine last summer and the first 2 - 3 times I took it out this summer. I took it out a couple of weeks ago and it won't run over 32 - 36 mph. If you know how I can fix this, I would appreciate your help.

its your throttle cable a lot of waverunners throttle cables where installed wrong the location of the throttle is in the front of the waverunner you need to take out the front in side the hach to get to it.
