If u have the same problem as I do then you have a leak from the main chamber into a sump. Mine is caused by a leak on the inlet water valve and even with the m/c turned off the chamber floods filling the sump which has a safety float that in turn operates the pump.
With the m/c empty carefully turn it onto its front door. Water will flood your floor. Right it again and the pump will have stopped. If u can find a replacement inlet valve assembly plse let me know as I have to turn off the inlet water after every wash.
