Tricity Bendix Fridge freezer, fridge not cold, freezer too cold?

Tricity Bendix TB112FF Frost free fridge freezer the frezzer part is frosting up and the fridge is not staying cold. The fridge seems to work if the freezer door is open but otherwise it is not keeping the fridge cold at all.
