Washing Machine belt slips off?

I've got a Hoover perform 1100 and the belt slips off, is it a case of a new belt or is something "miss-aligned". The belt looks to be in good condition no cracks or anything.. I suppose it could be stretched... Can I buy washing machine belts online?
