how can i fix peugeot vivacity 100cc moped?

The drive belt snapped on my sons moped, unfortunately he tried to repair it himself and did not fit the the belt as per manual. It runs but thats about all. I do know a little about why it does not run properly and want to know how to allign the pulleys .

Take it to a bike dealer they have workshops for repairs
