hi i have just fixed my abs but now when i brake there is ajudder through the brake pedal it also feels as if there is air in the system could that be the cause

The judder that you feel is due to a warped brake disc...if you removed the disc to see to the ABS the flange that the disc mounts to must be perfectly clean and rust free. Air in the system produces a spongy feel at the pedal - it doesn't cause judder.
