How to fix a Delta DC-380 planer?

I am experiencing a problem with my planer. A strange groove or bump forms at the beginning and end of anything I send through my planer. the entire middle section is always ok its just the ends that get a weird groove in them. Is there something I can adjust or replace to correct this problem?

The PDF manual is easily available on the net. It gives complete set up & adjustment instructions and limited troubleshooting. Mine has pretty nasty snipe too (Rollers- I think the solid in & outfeed tables are better). Soon as I can get back in my shop I will reset mine up. I have never cleaned my in & out rollers-instructions say soap-water-scouring pad....wax the crap out of that table first..

i have a broken chain front one, and need to replace it or get a new one, if so where can I order one? and how do I attachet it?

i think you are pulling it out too fast...allow it to plane for itself an dont pull it too fast.

That is definitely a leveling issue, it is called "sniping". Somewhere you are not level. Check over everything with a level and once it is level you should have no more problems.
