was taking a few fuses out of me 206glx and i think i put them back in right place but now car wont start could this be the fuses

Only if one of then has blow. More to the point you may now have circuits that have a fuse with too large a rating in which case an electrical fire can happen for which you will not be covered by insurance.

Get them all checked by someone who has half a clue what they're at. Goodness knows why you took them out in the first place.
