the overheat indicater light comes on intermitanly when the boiler starts from cold and when it starts during its cycling.what is the most likely fault, the sensor or the stat.or could the be something else
partially blocked heat exchanger is the first suspect (can you here it bubble or bang?)
or may it is over gassed, gas pressures max/min correct?
or possibly the c/h thermister is faulty
