My Sime 80c format boiler has stopped working. It switches on but does not get any flame, which results in no hot water or heating. how do i fix this?

By giving us lots more detail.....it's like saying to a mechanic 'the car wont start' and him not being able to look at it.....long shot!!

details....turn the boiler on,
does the pump run?
does the fan run?
when the fan runs do you here a single click?
then do you here constant clicking (spark)?
