when i make a call, the receiver is not able to able to hear my voice.. how do i fix it ?

Depends on your phone, each phone has a model number each phone has a microphone.

If the Microphone is damaged it can usually be replaced, it depends on if they are available for your handset, take it to a local phone shop.
