how can i fix my margherita a1635 washing machine?

my washing machine starts off great then 10 minutes in it stops and the dail starts to go around trying to find its right setting but it never does it just keeps clicking round. and the water wont filter out but the drum is still spinning.

clean out the filter at the bottom of the machine. check the pump works by draining the drum
