While I was away last week there was a power cut. When I came home the red light was flashing on my alarm box. The control panel in the house has been rendered useless. No mater what I press I just get a beep from the panel. Nothing happens no matter what I press. The red light has been flashing for days.
I do not know what sort of alarm I have, just that it is a Veritas make. Any help would be much appcreciated.

battery must be dead - try the default code 4321

and

get a new battery

You will then need to re-set everything up
