MY DYSON DCO4 HAS LOST SUCTION WHEN USING EXPANDING PIPE ALTHOUGH IT IS OK WHEN HOOVERING AS NORMAL. I HAVE CHECKED IF THERES ANY PIPES BLOCKED BUT THERE IS NOTHING BLOCKED ANY IDEAS PLEASE.
This seems like a long remaining unanswered question, I have a DC03 with this fault.
Just washed the scabby filter, but not to helpful I don't think because the floor hoover still works alright. Got to believe!
