Noisy fan Hotpoint FF72?

I have a noisy fan, which starts when fridge door closes. Temp ok but very noisy. Any experience with this and how can I remove covers to inspect/replace fan

try defrosting the fridge they r supposed to be frost free but u get a build up on the fan which causes the noise..defrost for 24 hrs
