why won't my alfa 146 not start?

my battery went dead on my alfa 146.when i charged the battery and tried to start it,it would,nt start.on the dash board the key code light stayed on and the injection light could this be the problem? if so how can i fix it?

Have you tried jump starting your car off another car?
If it starts from a jump start your battery is needing replaced.
