Your units both require a new RD error kit, it's part of the evaporator. Your local Samsung service person should know that it's service 101 ;)

I dont know if this is any good to you now but I found the Samsung Service Repair Manual showing the Fault codes for these fridge freezers. Please visit

This should help cure any of your problems. The chances are, after moving the fridge, the Door sensor/REED switch in the hinge has become faulty. The above website will provide you with complete diagnostics and service repair information.
