I have a mountfield SP350 and cannot get it to start?

Need instruction s for starting the above lawnmower

Turn petrol on at the tank (make sure the petrol is fresh).
Apply full choke and full throttle (these could be combined)
Pull the starting cord briskly a few times - remove choke immediately engine starts.
If no joy, remove spark plug, and clean. Crank engine over a few times, replace plug and try again.
