After the wash, there is an error message: E15 - check outlet pipes. The water remains in the machine rather than going out through the outlet pipe. I have emptied the excess water and taken the back off the machine, but am unsure about how to identify the block and de-block it. I have checked the standpipe but it seems ok. Can anyone advise?

Check the pump (look for the drain hose & trace it to the pump) commonly something gets thru' the filter & jams that pump so water can't be pumped out.
