roof stuck on car wont go down?

my renault megane convertable roof wont go down it is stuck in the middle have not got a manual and it keeps beeping tried everything any suggestions?

ours was stuck halfway tried everything but then let the car run for about three minutes and turned on the rear de-mister fan and that seem to reset the roof and it worked again

Thats not very helpful is it?

Try to find the manual on the internet, cause there's bound to be a manual raising mechanism
