Iveco engine timing marks?

Can you explain the timing setup on the Iveco 35 C11 2.8 engine for changing the timing belt
David Hay, June 2008
even with diagram it hard to make out.last two i did i removed valve cover, and no 1 injector .inserting a long slim screw driver into the injector hole and turning the engine by hand till the screw driver reached highest point before going back down,ie on the rock and both valves on no1 pointing up and to the side(10 to 2 oclock)means cyl is at tdc on compression.with this corroboration the marks are easier to spot, there apperer to be very little room for error and the valves hitting.recomend u turn the engine over by hand when ur done.i got 1 slightly out and would have bent valves if i hadent checked
