how can i fix my creda 37765x condenser dryer?

my creda condenser dryer model 37765x does not give out any warm air ive tested the heater element and it works ok, the cycle keeps going because the clothes arent drying can you help.

Don't know if this helps but I had the same problem with my creda dryer and finally it was established that some dryers had come out from the factory with the drum tumbling anti-clockwise not clockwise and therefore it was cutting out. the engineer changed the direction and bobs your uncle.

I've got the same problem! Have you also checked your thermostats? there are two of the just above the heaters. For what it's worth, my thermostats were OK but I know this is a common item to fail.

I'd be interested to see what the fault is...
