Hot water cutting off on Baxi Boiler when running slow?

I have Baxi Bahama 100 combi boiler. When the hot water taps are run slow hot water comes on sometimes for a few seconds, sometimes a few minutes and then the boiler shuts down and runs cold, just before it shuts down it makes a banging noise, and shows flame failure . It has had a new hot water flow switch fitted but this has made no difference.
Can anyone help with what could be the problem,

did you finally get it sorted, if so what was the cause

it sounds like the boiler is reducing the flame to keep the temperature right, but eventually it reduces it too far and the flame goes out unexpectedly. sorry, i don't have a solution to this.

if you run the taps slow the water will get too hot and the flame will shut down it is the same on any boiler if you are runnig the water slow to make it hotter try adusting the temp on the boiler controls
