how do i mend the rubber ring on the front of my defy front loader washing machine?

Call the store you bought it from. They can tell you where to look on the machine to get the model number and can either sell you one form the store, or they may redirect you to the manufacturer and they will sell you the part. In either case !WRITE DOWN THE PART NUMBER AND MODEL NUMBER!
