how can i repair my hp3820?

it doesn't respond to the computer, though i installed the new driver. When i turn it on (when it's unplugged from the PC) it makes some noise then pulls 1 page and pushes it out blank. also after the self test, when i press the resume button, it makes some sounds and then no test page comes out.

You need to contact HP Customer support. They will run you through some self tests, that won't work, and then they will offer to replace your 3820 with a 6122 free.(postage and all)
HOPE THIS HELPS.
They have an online chat, and that is what I used to get a new one. You do return the old one to them.(also Fed X Paid)
