How do you replace the circotherm fan + motor on a Neff B1430 built-inoven?

I have taken the vent/safety panel at back of oven to expose the circular heating element which surrounds the fan. I then dismounted the fan only to find that the motor is housed behind yet another panel which is the full width of the oven. Although I've unscrewed the remaining holding screws, the panel won't move. Is access to the motor from the opening of this panel? Can't possibly from the back of the oven can it?

This is probably too late now but I've just phoned Ransom -
www.ransomespares as I have a similar problem.

They say that you have to remove the whole oven from the unit and access the fan motor from the rear. According to them it is easy but I've yet to try!
