rear wheel bearings?

Hi I have a "W" plate ford focus estate 1.8 petrol and need to change the rear wheel bearings. How do i do it?

Should be the same as most..jack up car, take off rear wheel,on the drum is a small screw, take that out, release handbrake (making sure car will not roll off jack),rock the drum whilst pulling toward u,when it comes off u will see rear brakes - the bearing is in the middle of the drum, tap it out with a socket slightly smaller than it,grease the new one & tap it into place, rock the drum back on,the scew back in & the wheel back on.DONE
